  This has to be the worst company I've ever known in 30 years of trading! I arranged to have ply samples ready for collection and sent my courier at my expense as agreed. When none arrived our courier receipt showed NO PARCEL TO COLLECT. When I eventually managed to speak to Anthony the owner he suggested I send a courier again and I suggested he might phone me once the parcel was ready to collect so as not to have wasted expense and effort, and then I'd arrange a courier. He told me to XXXX off! and hung up. Suffice to say had the samples been accepted by my client we would have had him make 9 large door frames probably in the region of £480.00 each!...don't deal with this company! JM
